~Rights to photos~

Sierra Worthen Photography reserves the rights to all images taken at any session done by her. SWP can use any and all images for uploading to any social media site, website, advertisements and anything else SWP finds necessary to her business. If you choose to do a session with SWP you are consenting to this. As a client you can pay a one-time fee per session to keep all photos private.

~Cancellation~

Please give at least 48 hour notice, I understand things happen and SWP is very understanding when things arise out of our control. Every session requires a non-refundable deposit at time of booking, if you cancel that will not be returned. If you re-book immediately you can use the same deposit, but it is non-refundable either way.
